Job description
A company is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Telehealth for Substance Use Disorder.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
Deliver care for both substance use and mental health conditions
Prescribe medications as appropriate and answer member questions
Required Qualifications :
Active and verifiable FNP license in Ohio, with Medicaid enrollment as a plus
At least 2 years of experience, ideally in addiction, with consideration for relevant experience for those with less than 2 years
Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure, with costs covered
Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile apps
