M.D. Degree, or D.O. degree from accredited school of allopathic or osteopathic medicine Board-certified or Board-eligible in Family Practice Current and valid Illinois license as a physician and surgeon Current and valid DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate Eligible for, or maintenance of, hospital privileges at affiliated hospitals Bilingual ability may or may not be required based on individual department needs. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting. Ability to maintain effective and professional relationships with patients and other members of the care team. Schedule : Monday - Friday 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm included extended hour shift of Noon - 8 : 00pm once per week with a Saturday (every 4 weeks) Rotation 8 : 00am - 1 : 00pm
Our healthcare organization is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to provide exceptional primary care services to underserved communities. As an Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for managing patient care in collaboration with other clinical staff and members of the care team.
Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive and high-quality primary care services to patients in the office, hospital, or other locations within the community as assigned
- Serve as a consultant to clinical management regarding clinical goals and services
- Manage patient care in collaboration with other clinical staff and members of the care team
- Leverage industry knowledge and best practices to promote the mission and vision of the Medical Department and the organization
- Support culture development and management efforts
