Family Medicine physician employment in Arizona : Primary Duties : - Provide first contact, continuous, comprehensive primary care for infants, children, youth, and adults. - Provide clinical and administrative leadership to the team. - Provide pre-and post-deployment health assessments, to include Mental Health Assessments and deployment waivers, as well as Preventive Health Assessments to clear military personal for deployment and to verify status upon return. - Provide a full range of primary and preventive health care services, including military-specific medical care, ambulatory surgical procedures, coordination of care, and referral to other facilities and specialists. - Independently formulates full treatment and management regimens based on sound diagnoses consistent with current evidence-based clinical practice guidelines Perform other duties as assigned
