Your Role :

• Prepare accurate and professional customer proposals to support our sales efforts.
• Facilitate seamless coordination between the sales team and accounting to ensure a smooth customer on-boarding process.
• Generate monthly reports to maintain sales accuracy.
• Work closely with Vendors for price quotations
• Auditing Accounts Payable for all Vendor monthly services
• Handle correspondence and communication with efficiency and professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure our clients have an outstanding experience.
• Manage the daily operational needs of the office such as basic office supplies, maintaining a well-organized and productive workspace.
• Perform general office duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing the company calendar.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture by organizing team celebrations and decorating the office for special occasions.
