Family Practice Nurse Practitioner- Louisiana
Zachary, LA : Nurse Practitioner Family Practice- Provides primary health care and performs selective medical services. Follows established clinical practice guidelines and procedures. Must at all times meet all requirements for active staff privileges and be an active member of the medical staff. Good oral and written skills to communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals. Licensed in the State of Louisiana, CPR and ACLS certifications required.
