We're seeking an experienced Family Law Trial Attorney who is confident in the courtroom, values independence within a collaborative team, and is committed to guiding clients with both strength and compassion through challenging transitions.

This role is for a skilled litigator who can manage cases from intake through trial with minimal training and who understands how to track billable hours to maximize compensation. • What You'll Do
• Lead matters from intake through trial (pleadings, motions, temp relief, mediation, depositions, evidentiary hearings, trial).
• Counsel clients with clarity and compassion; set expectations and keep momentum.
• Partner with paralegals to move cases efficiently; maintain same-day, accurate time entries.
• Meet—and aim to exceed—monthly billable goals while delivering excellent work product.
• What You Bring
• 5+ years' verifiable Florida family-law litigation experience (divorce, timesharing, support, domestic violence).
• Courtroom confidence and strong writing / strategy skills.
• Discipline with billing and matter management (MyCase or similar).
• A genuine service mindset aligned with Excellence, Compassion, Integrity.
• Florida Bar in good standing (local practice in Broward / Miami-Dade / Palm Beach a plus).
