If you've got a green thumb, sharp attention to detail, and a passion for cannabis cultivation, we want you on our team! As a Cannabis Farm Worker , you'll play a vital role in caring for our plants from veg to harvest, helping ensure top-tier quality from seed to sale.

This isn't your typical desk job-expect fresh air (indoors!), hands-on work, and the satisfaction of helping grow something great every single day.What You'll Be Doing

Get ready to dive into plant care and facility upkeep with responsibilities like :

• ✂ Pruning, tucking, and training plants for optimal growth
• 🌱 Supporting plants through every stage of life-from veg to bloom to harvest
• 💧 Mixing and applying nutrients and other inputs
• 🧼 Sanitizing rooms and equipment to keep everything clean and compliant
• 🔧 Helping with grow room setups and environmental controls
• ✂ Assisting with harvests and post-harvest prep
• 🧪 Supporting R&D projects that push the plant game forward
• Jumping in to help the cultivation team wherever needed
