Financial Services Representative – Sales & Client Development
Full-Time | In-Office | San Jose, CA
Expected Annual Income: $60,000–$95,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonus)

About the Opportunity

I am looking for a motivated, client-focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping people make important financial decisions.

Financial services experience and licensing are not required. We will train the right person.

This is a growth-oriented sales position with the opportunity to work with an established client base while developing new client relationships. As you complete training and licensing, you will expand into financial services including retirement planning, IRAs, 529 plans, investments, life insurance, and other financial solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Proactively grow the client base through prospecting, referrals, and follow-up
• Identify additional insurance and financial needs within existing client households
• Conduct client reviews and uncover opportunities for retirement, investment, insurance, and financial planning conversations
• Develop new business through relationship-based selling
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and client opportunities
• Provide an exceptional client experience and build long-term relationships
• Complete training and licensing to expand your financial-services capabilities
• Work closely with the team to achieve individual and office growth goals

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys sales, people, and relationship building.

You may come from financial services, banking, insurance, retail sales, business development, or another client-facing sales environment.
