    Im looking for an exceptional Insurance Sales Representative to join me in running two successful State Farm agencies.     • Outbound Calling to Prospects and Clients. While meeting face-to-face is key, a significant portion of sales happens by phone. Youll work the phones to generate new business and follow up on leads.
    • Manage Daily Communications. Youll handle emails and messages from clients, underwriters, and team members, ensuring timely and clear responses.
    • Plan and Execute Community Events. Well develop event strategies together, and youll lead the coordination and executionhelping us connect with the community and grow our presence.
    • Optimize Business Systems. Each month, well review our processes and customer experience. Youll help identify improvements and run key parts of our operation to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

      Requirements

    • Microsoft Office proficiency is required and will be tested during the interview (Word, Excel, email writing).
    • Colorado Property, Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance Licenses are required to sell insurance. If youre not licensed, we will reimburse your licensing expenses. Dont let this stand in your way.
    • Bilingual skills or previous State Farm experience are a plus!
