The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is preparing a prime response posture for this RFP and is seeking a qualified Construction Delivery Subcontractor. This role exists because the audit recommended FuntoNetwork prime + subcontractor(s) and identified specialist delivery, authorization, licensing, product, staffing, or field-capacity requirements that must be covered before proposal submission.

Core Responsibilities

Review the controlling solicitation for Evidence Storage Systems Procurement and Facility Relocation and confirm the subcontracted workshare FuntoNetwork may name in a response.
Confirm trade licensing, permits, field supervision, safety plan, equipment, materials, schedule, and warranty obligations.
Provide licensing, insurance, bonding, financial-capacity, staffing, past-performance, and required responsibility evidence for proposal diligence.
Supply itemized pricing, assumptions, schedule inputs, key personnel, references, and implementation approach before the FuntoNetwork response deadline.
Accept applicable prime-contract flow-downs, buyer approval requirements, reporting obligations, confidentiality terms, and quality controls if awarded.

What You Bring / Eligibility & Client Compliance

Eligibility owner: an authorized business representative who can bind the subcontractor, answer buyer due-diligence questions, and confirm availability for Evidence Storage Systems Procurement and Facility Relocation.
Client compliance focus: cybersecurity, privacy, implementation controls, incident-response cooperation, data handling, and evidence that the proposed platform or service satisfies the solicitation.
License/certification evidence: reseller or manufacturer authorization when a named product is required; relevant security credentials such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, GIAC, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, or CJIS evidence when applicable to the work.
Past performance: comparable public-sector, commercial, regulated-industry, or project-specific references with contact names, dates, scope, value, and outcome.
Delivery package: key personnel, staffing plan, implementation schedule, pricing input, assumptions, exclusions, subcontract terms, and required forms before FuntoNetwork commits the role to a prime response.
