As a Project Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and project support, helping teams operate efficiently and successfully deliver high-quality outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Drive project coordination by tracking deliverables and monitoring progress to keep teams aligned and on schedule
- Provide construction contract administration support, including managing RFI logs and tracking submittals
- Serve as a key point of connection, communicating effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Partner with Project Managers to support project setup and ensure a strong start from day one
- Facilitate consultant agreement initiation and coordination
- Keep projects running smoothly by scheduling meetings and managing project calendars
- Maintain and oversee project databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of critical information
- Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and tracking project financials to support informed decision-making
- Support project compliance efforts to ensure alignment with requirements and standards
- Coordinate and support consultant agreements throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to specification coordination and publishing to help ensure project quality and consistency

Here's what you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of administrative experience within engineering, construction, or a related industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with project coordination and cross-functional collaboration
Ideally, you'll also have:
- College degree or relevant coursework
- Experience supporting executives, high-level clients, or government/public sector stakeholders
Posted Salary Range: Minimum $43,800.00. Posted Salary Range: Upper $60,300.00

The base salary range for this position is $43,800.00 to $60,300.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
