Senior Interior Designer – Lead High-End Residential Projects

JRP Design & Remodel is looking for an experienced Interior Designer who can independently lead complex residential projects from concept to completion. We’re building a high-performing, dynamic design team and are hiring Interior Designers who are ready to make an impact from day one.

The Role

As a Senior Interior Designer, you’ll take full ownership of residential remodels and custom homes. You’ll collaborate with clients, engineers, Project Managers, and estimators to drive projects from concept through construction, turning client visions into reality with creativity, precision, and heart.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and present conceptual designs, layouts, and 3D renderings
• Develop full construction documents, specifications, and project schedules
• Select and source materials, finishes, and fixtures
• Lead client presentations and manage ongoing communications
• Conduct site visits and field measurements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project stakeholders, including Junior Interior Designers
• Mentor and guide junior team members
