Veridian Homes, an innovative company with an emphasis on smart growth and green built practices, is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our marketing team! As a Marketing Associate, you will support the Veridian Homes and Forgewell marketing with campaign management, content creation, and day-to-day operations, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :

• Assist with the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, website) for Veridian Homes, and Forgewell brands.
• Create, schedule, maintain and monitor content for social media platforms and assist with content creation for blogs, newsletters, and other digital assets.
• Perform bi-weekly audits of website and provide website monitoring and maintenance support.
• Weekly reporting, tracking metrics and analytics for marketing initiatives.
• Digital archiving and organization of marketing assets, including digital files, images, and templates.
• Printing and distribution of in-house collateral.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor analysis.
• Support the team in assisting at events and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and printing / miscellaneous vendors to ensure timely and successful delivery of marketing materials.

A successful candidate will have an associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) and have a minimum of two years of professional marketing, or marketing related, experience.  Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an excellent understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.  Must be being detail-oriented, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks. The ideal candidate will also be a collaborative team player, eager to learn and embrace new challenges.
