This position is responsible for developing and maintaining referents on a local basis for our agency offering Supportive In-Home services for children and adults.We seek a dynamic person with solid demonstrated marketing experience as well as experience or significant knowledge of intellectual and developmental disability services. This position is for a gifted individual that has the desire, commitment and drive to be highly successful with an employer that will give all of tools necessary to succeed and be a leader in this field.Responsibilities : - Develop relationships with community resources that refer clients and patients for ID / DD Supportive In-home services : community services boards, schools, hospital / children's residential treatment facilities, mental health professionals, medical doctors and medical family practices, and any agency, professional or party that could refer potential clients.- Present our program to all referral sources.- Work with Intake / Admissions and all other departments to facilitate the client / patient's admission to our facility.- Maintain referral relationships by frequent telephone, email and in person visits.- Continually utilize all web, digital and marketing tools available to develop new ways to attract clients and patients - Oversee all aspects of internet marketing including but not limited to, SEO, SEM, PPC marketing, Social Media marketing including day to day communications with all appropriate web vendorsDesired Skills and ExperienceIdeal candidates will have two or more years of successful community business development / marketing experience in the ID / DD, mental health or a related field, a basic understanding of our industry and be able to liaise clinicians and medical professionals. Web marketing experience is a must.Most importantly, we are looking for an individual with a passion for helping people, tenacity, loyalty, and a high degree of excellence in both organizational and interpersonal skills.Must be experienced in the mental health field. You need not apply without this related field experience.Compensation is commensurate with ability and experience. Candidates with a strong existing referral network will have highest earnings potential.
