Description
Position Summary :
In this role, you will work closely with the Field Marketing Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute our company's marketing events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and other promotional events. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of event management, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Roles and Responsibilities / Essential Functions :
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and other promotional events.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
- Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute event strategies that align with business goals and target audiences.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as event production companies and logistics providers, to ensure events are executed on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage event registration processes, attendee lists, and event follow-up processes.
- Manage event assets and promotional materials, including signage, promotional products, and event collateral.
- Manage event leads and follow-up processes to ensure high-quality leads are identified and followed-up on in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on event performance, including lead generation, attendee engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
- Independently travel to marketing events as needed with occasional overnight stays.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management and marketing.
