Inktel Contact Center Solutions is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Professional for one of the world’s most high‑end luxury fragrance brands. The role will be based in our Miramar state‑of‑the‑art contact center.

Training & Schedule

Training lasts 2 weeks, 9 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m., Monday–Friday. After training, the program operates Monday–Saturday 9 a.m.–9 p.m. Flexibility to work some Saturdays is required.

Job Responsibilities

Communicate proactively and professionally across multiple channels (inbound calls, emails, chat).

Respond to questions, provide information, promote products and exceed customer expectations.

De‑escalate upset customers and explore all options to satisfy their needs.

Maintain required product knowledge to deliver world‑class service.

The Ideal Candidate

Well‑spoken, energetic, and enthusiastic.

Exceptional writing skills, grammar, spelling, punctuation.

Passion for Service Excellence.

High‑end Customer Service or Luxury retail service experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent (Required).

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay $15.50 per hour.

Paid Training & Paid Time Off.
