Position Overview

HEVRON is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Apparel Designer to support the Founder in developing our collections. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about contemporary fashion, has a strong eye for minimalistic design, and wants to contribute to a growing brand.  You will be responsible for leading the design process, researching trends, creating technical packages, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design Development :  Assist in the creation of seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with HEVRON’s aesthetic and customer profile.
• Trend Research :  Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform design concepts and fabric selection.
• Sketching & CADs :  Create and update flat sketches and CADs for collections using Adobe Illustrator.
• Tech Packs :  Develop and maintain detailed tech packs, including measurements, construction details, and material specifications, to ensure clear communication with factories.
• Fabric & Trim Sourcing :  Work with the Head Designer to source and select fabrics, trims, and materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with the brand’s design direction.
• Fit & Samples :  Assist in sample fittings and provide feedback to ensure garments are executed as envisioned.
• Organization :  Maintain an organized design archive, inspiration boards, and seasonal line sheets.
• Collaboration :  Work closely with production, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure seamless development and execution of designs.
