About the Role
The F&B Manager is responsible for leading and managing the front-of-house team to ensure the delivery of AAA Four Diamond-level service. Key responsibilities include overseeing the performance and coordination of all team members, ensuring seamless operations. This role demands strong leadership, creativity, an eye for detail, and a passion for providing guests with an outstanding dining experience.
