Job Summary

The dispatcher is responsible for dispatching, overseeing and maintaining the status of the gantt, monitoring Round Trip transports, giving out appropriate ETAs, triaging ambulance response, and act as support to customer service representatives.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of the position, the employee is required to sit for long periods of time. Employee will be required to listen to radio traffic / PTT, communicate over the phone as well as monitor and respond to all Logis chat messages, and ability to type is required. Employee should be able to work under stressful conditions.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of the job, the employee has verbal contact with others and constantly works face to face with and around others. Consistently uses office equipment such as computer, radios, printers, fax machine, ect.

Salary Range : USD $22.00 - USD $24.00 / Hr. rates offered based on years of experience and full time scheduled templates. Additional earnings via bi-weekly bonus up to $4.00 / HR.
