In regulatory risk compliance at PwC, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients. You will provide guidance on compliance strategies and help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

The Opportunity

As part of the Cybersecurity, Privacy and Forensics team you are expected to lead government regulation compliance efforts. As a Director you are expected to set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. You are expected to be responsible for applying government contracting principles, designing cost structures, and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead government regulation compliance initiatives

Apply principles of government contracting to client projects

Design cost structures and manage client relationships

Set strategic direction for the Government Regulation team

Oversee multiple projects confirming impactful client relations

Drive business development efforts within the regulatory compliance sector

Maintain executive-level client relationships

Mentor and guide team members in regulatory compliance methodologies

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

9 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Understanding of accounting, auditing, or financial analysis

Experience in government contract consulting

Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)

Ability to design cost structures and accounting practices

Experience with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA)

Skills in researching client, industry, and technical matters

Leadership in supervising teams and seeking diverse views

Proficiency in planning and executing organizational transformation projects

Strength in client relationship and community involvement skills

The salary range for this position is : $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
