Senior Proposal Manager
HCRC is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposal Manager to join our team.
The Senior Proposal Manager role demands a seasoned professional with a track record of success in organizing and crafting original content for all facets of the proposal process. This includes conducting thorough market research and analyzing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The Senior Proposal Writer will be responsible for developing content for various proposal sections, such as Past Performance, Corporate Experience, Management, and Technical sections. This position requires close collaboration with the executive team to ensure a strategic and systematic approach to securing federal contracts. The ideal candidate should be an effective communicator and strategist with prior experience in responding to the needs and objectives of DoD customers in proposal development roles. The individual must be a self-motivated initiator capable of garnering internal support and commitments.
Key Qualities and Abilities :
- Ability to conceptualize a winning vision, develop a comprehensive capture plan to implement the vision, and adapt the plan as the procurement process evolves.
- Management of all Capture activities and the Capture team to align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Demonstrated expertise in Capture management, respected industry leadership, and confidence in planning and executing successful Capture efforts.
- Proficiency in leading diverse and geographically dispersed teams during demanding proposal schedules.
- Understanding of Government customers' needs and objectives in relation to proposal evaluation, with strong written and verbal communication skills to convey the capture plan and status across the team and management.
- Exceptional time management abilities.
- Identification, research, and qualification of potential teaming partners, subcontractors, and consultants to enhance the team's capabilities.
- Representation of the company's interests in the marketplace and with customers.
