A nationally recognized General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex federal construction projects across the U.S. This is an opportunity to join a builder known for delivering critical work for agencies such as USACE, NAVFAC, DOD, and other federal clients with the resources, systems, and leadership support to do the job right.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, inspectors, design teams, and internal leadership
- Oversee and mentor project engineers, APMs, and field teams
- Ensure strict compliance with federal requirements, safety standards, and quality control plans
- Coordinate with Superintendents to maintain schedule, productivity, and site execution
- Drive successful project outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships
