Description Lead day‑to‑day project operations on renovation projects Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to move work forward Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and procurement Lead OAC meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication across all channels Support a Lean project environment through collaboration, pull planning, and continuous improvement practices Work closely with Superintendents to maintain quality, safety, and production targets Identify risks early and drive solutions that keep projects on track Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a client‑first mindset Profile 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a reputable commercial general contractor Experience on at least one pharmaceutical or healthcare project Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and construction documentation Ability to collaborate in a Lean‑driven environment Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Tech‑savvy with comfort using project management and collaboration platforms A proactive, solutions‑oriented leadership style Job Offer $120k - $160k Base Salary (dependent on tenure, projects, and overall experience) Promotions assessed twice per year Two-tiered bonus structure Company allowance(s) (truck allowance [$800/month], tech package, gas card & toll tag if relevant) Unlimited PTO 401k Hybrid opportunity dependent on project size Apply today for your resume to be considered within 48 hours!
