Job descriptionLead a team of installers on residential and commercial vinyl fence installation projects Read and interpret blueprints, layout plans, and measurements Oversee digging post holes, setting posts, and assembling vinyl fencing components Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards Communicate project status and any issues with the office and clients Train new crew members and ensure team productivity and professionalism Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and job materials Enforce safety regulations and ensure a clean job site 3+ years of experience in fence installation (vinyl fencing preferred) Prior experience as a team leader, crew lead, or foreman Ability to read and understand construction plans and take accurate measurements Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment Customer service experience on job sites Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunities for overtime Performance bonuses Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment
