Audubon is currently seeking a Field Engineer to join our team. The Field Engineer will be responsible for safely offering technical support and expertise to the field installation crews during construction. They will be the liaison between the Design Team and Construction while reporting progress and tracking any design changes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Candidate will work in the field and hold safety paramount at all times.
Conducting site visits, monitoring schedules, and acting as a technical liaison with the design team.
Running field operations, offering technical support, and troubleshooting on-site issues.
Analyzing data and drafting progress reports.
Overseeing equipment testing, maintenance, installation, and planning.
Mitigating risk, ensuring compliance, and evaluating environmental impact.
Meeting with clients and stakeholders.
Drafting and submitting reports to superiors and other key individuals.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from an ABET accredited institution.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in a field-related role.
Excellent problem-solving skills backed by solid technical knowledge.
A versatile and service-oriented mindset.
Good understanding of safety guidelines.
Great communication skills.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Technically savvy and computer literate.
Excellent grammar, punctuation, and etiquette desired.
