Steadily is an insurance technology company that specializes in rental property insurance for landlords. We're five years old, just over 160 people, help insure over $30B in rental properties, and are intent on becoming the world's best and largest insurer for landlords.

We exist to deliver fast, affordable insurance and to pay claims quickly and fairly. To do that, we hire the best engineers, actuaries, sales, and service people in the country to build the experience that we'd want if we were the client.

Steadily is hiring a Contract Admin Assistant to assist the Operations department with administrative work.

What You'll Do

  • You will be using various platforms to send direct outreach.
  • You will be assisting leadership with several high volume admin tasks.

Your Background

  • Experienced : You've had at least one year of high volume admin work.
  • Culture Advocate : You love Steadily's culture and you understand the role of the talent department in supporting Steadily's culture of excellence.
  • Digital : Your tech savvy is exceptional. You are a super user when it comes to computers, software, and technology ... What's more, you're fast and efficient.
  • Judgment : You have been exposed to lots of sensitive information in prior roles and you've proven that you can maintain confidentiality in the workplace.
  • Organized : You are highly organized. Even in a fast paced environment with lots of moving parts.
