Quality Control Inspector
We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring that all computer components, assemblies, and devices meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, quality-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities include :
- Following all company safety and quality policies and procedures
- Inspecting and testing computer components, assemblies, devices, and systems per written procedures, specifications, drawings, samples, and illustrations
- Using BOMs, assembly instructions, diagrams, procedures, checklists, and deviations during inspections
- Comparing assemblies with drawings, parts lists, and samples to verify conformance and detect errors
- Examining alignment of parts and verifying installation of hardware on assemblies / subassemblies
- Accepting or rejecting material / products based on acceptance criteria
- Recording and maintaining inspection data in forms, logs, or computer databases
- Assisting with maintaining controlled document files and test records
- Recommending and implementing quality improvement methods
- Following and enforcing all ESD processes and procedures
- Working independently with minimal supervision
