We are looking for a talented, motivated marketing executive (3+ years experience) to join the International Field and Partner Marketing organization. Reporting to the head of all Southeast Asia field marketing, you will work closely with sales, sales engineering, channel and carrier managed services partners, our headquarters marketing teams and vendors to execute a wide variety of targeted enablement and demand generation activities including (but not limited to) supporting Ciena and partner regional and geographic specific marketing campaigns and programs. Cross functional collaboration across internal, external and geographically distributed stakeholders whilst being able to balance multiple projects is key. Typical Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external partners as well as internal teams across time zones and Ciena departments to deliver high-quality marketing programs.
• Execute regional marketing campaigns and events, including email marketing, social media ads, digital display advertising, and smaller-scale events / related sponsorships.
• Compile, analyze and report out data on marketing programs' success.
• For campaigns and events, adapt existing regional and global marketing content to market to Southeast Asia customers.
• Navigate software such as Office365, Salesforce, Zoom, and marketing project management systems, to collaborate and research for your projects.
