Were expanding quickly and looking for a driven Driver & Lead Field Marketing Specialist to help take our growth to the next level. This role is perfect for a motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments and is ready to take ownership of a high-energy field marketing team.
What Youll Do :
Field Marketing Specialist, youll & a team of field marketers in local neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners and generating appointments for our sales teamno selling required.
- Knock on doors and speak with homeowners about our remodeling services
- Schedule free in-home consultations with interested homeowners
- Motivate, coach, and mentor your team to perform at their best
- Track team metrics and report daily performance
