Field Recruiter – Real Estate Industry Leader

Location: Irving, TX (Las Colinas)
Schedule: Hybrid — 3 days onsite per week
Travel: 20–30%
Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 base salary + performance bonuses ($10,000–$20,000 annually)

About the Role

A nationwide leader in the real estate industry is seeking a full-time Field Recruiter to join its growing team in Irving, TX. Field Recruiters are essential to the company’s success—your ability to attract, assess, and activate exceptional sales talent directly fuels business growth.

In this role, you will partner closely with General Managers to understand hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and guide candidates through a high-touch, full-cycle recruitment process. If you excel in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and enjoy making a measurable impact, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong, consultative partnerships with General Managers to understand hiring needs, office dynamics, and what distinguishes top-performing agents.

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.

  • Create and refine job descriptions, conduct intake meetings, and maintain tailored candidate pipelines.

  • Guide hiring managers and interview teams through a structured interview and selection process, providing recommendations and market insights.

  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate data and activity tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline while ensuring prompt, equitable, and high-quality communication throughout the process.

  • Own the offer process including preparation, negotiation, and acceptance, ensuring a seamless handoff to Preboarding.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1–2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments (corporate or agency).

  • Strongly prefer experience recruiting for 1099 and commission-only roles.

  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems (Lever or similar).

  • Strong sourcing expertise, including passive outreach and research-driven strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, educate, and build trust with stakeholders and candidates.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Travel Requirements

  • Travel up to 20–30% to partner with General Managers and support market hiring initiatives.

Benefits & Perks

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Short-term disability and supplemental coverage options

  • 401(k) with employer match

  • Flexible PTO policy
