The salary range for this position is between $71000 and $87500 per annum based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities

• Mentors and leads inspections and orientations identifies hazards and corrections and leads by example for health and safety practices and procedures.
• Coordinates with superintendent on workforce planning.
• Maintains project document control and procedures. Supports project engineers and / or superintendents to lead trade contractors including requests for information (RFIs) shop drawings changes and billings.
• Participates in the supervision of self-perform scopes including resolving crew sizes labor tracking and quantity tracking for Labor Cost Reports (LCRs).
• Mentors and coaches field engineers and students / interns).
• Identifies issues on-site or in defined work scopes.
• Coordinates third-party inspections and site reviews.
• Participates in crafting implementing and supervising quality plan Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Develop and maintains positive relationships focusing on all partners.
