As an Agilent Field Service Representative you’ll travel to customer labs to install maintain and repair Biomolecular Genomics and Cellular Analysis instruments. These critical tools support research development and manufacturing in areas like Cell and Gene Therapy Infectious Disease Virology and Vaccine Research Immunology Immunooncology Immunotherapy Next Generation Sequencing and PreNatal Disease Detection. The Biomolecular Service Organization is a rapidly growing part of Agilent’s Customer Service Organization supporting these exciting markets.

What You’ll Do :

• Support Customers : Engage with customers for the onsite installation maintenance and repair of one or more products related to Cellular Analysis Microarray Solutions Automated Electrophoresis Research Flow Cytometry PCR / RealTime PCR Microplate Instrumentation and Automated Liquid Handling
• Problem Solving : Diagnose and resolve product performance issues ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations for our clients
• Preventive Maintenance : Advise customers on preventive measures and configurations to enhance product performance and longevity
• Collaborate : Work closely with our Support Sales Marketing and R&D teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Continuous Learning : Participate in internal technical training and workshops to stay ahead in your field
• Advocate : Elevate Voice of Customer in relaying critical insights and customer experiences to Agilent leadership

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least February 11 2025 or until the job is no longer posted. In the US this position is eligible for choice of company car or reimbursement for personal vehicle usage.

The fulltime equivalent pay range for this position is $28.25 $52.97 / hr plus eligibility for bonus stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.
