We currently operate with a 20-person sales organization made up of Setters, Closers, and Sales Managers. The infrastructure is built. Leadership is seasoned. The next hire is being brought in to help scale. We presently have 10 sales development representatives and we are looking to scale

Once clients establish a performing property, they become eligible for our Boardroom Offer — a backend mentorship experience designed to help them further increase income and expand investment opportunities within the short-term rental space.

Compensation:
A $3,000/month draw is provided during your first 60 days. Commission is paid when deals close — whether the client pays in full (PIF) or chooses a payment plan.

- 11+ closed sets: $700 per close
Minimum On Track Earnings: $3k-$4.5k/mo commission

- Full-time commitment
- 8 hours per day (breaks included)
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (U.S. Timezone)
The company is currently producing $1M per month in revenue and is actively scaling toward $2M per month.
The Appointment Setter is the first interaction in the client journey and directly impacts revenue growth. The broader company objective is to scale attendance to 1,000 participants at Live Room Events (Back-End Boardroom Event).
Achieving this requires:
- Consistent expert qualification of prospects
- Effective discovery early in the sales cycle
- Alignment with Sales and Fulfillment teams to guide clients into the backend community
Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- 150 dials per day
- 100 qualified booked calls per month (5 per day)
- 65% show rate
- 65 showed calls per month
- Set-to-close ratio above 10%
- Minimum 6–7 set closes per month after ramp
- $78,000–$90,000 in new business revenue monthly (minimum)
- Completion of daily team and administrative responsibilities
