Territory : New Mexico and El Paso, TX. Ideally living near Albuquerque.

Travel : Local and regional travel within assigned territory with up to 50% overnight stays.

On-Call : Rotating weekend coverage required.

As a Biomedical Field Service Engineer at ASP, youll play a critical role in ensuring hospitals and surgical teams have life?saving sterilization equipment that works flawlessly. Youll be the technical expert on?site, solving complex problems, maintaining critical systems, and directly impacting patient safety and clinical outcomes. This is a hands?on, highly autonomous role with a clear career path, professional development opportunities, and the chance to work with cutting?edge medical technology.

What Youll Do

• Install, validate, and maintain ASP systems in hospitals and clinical facilities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance to hospital staff, including biomedical engineers.
• Own your assigned territory, managing customer relationships, service schedules, and inventory.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize system performance and uptime.
• Document service activities accurately and timely, including compliance and reporting requirements.
• Participate in a rotating on?call schedule, including occasional weekends.
• Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 80?lbs), and operate company vehicles safely for local and regional travel.
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to support customer?focused solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
