Principal Service Engineer IS, Service Owner -

We are looking for a Principal Service Engineer to act as service owner for our highly secure, Cybersecurity Maturity Model (CMMC) 2.0 compliant hosting environment. This service owner will be the main contact for coordination between Providence infrastructure services, a third-party hosting partner and business stakeholders. They will collaborate closely with enterprise security and infrastructure teams to ensure Providence operational and architecture standards are followed for all new and existing deployments. They will monitor the hosting partner's performance against SLAs and conduct monthly business reviews to ensure they are satisfying all service expectations. This unique role requires someone with experience managing vendor relationships, presenting to senior IS and business leadership, coordinating across organizations and a technical background in security, cloud and network services. This role will be essential to ensuring our critical regulated business meets CMMC 2.0 requirements and provides a high-quality experience for our caregivers.
