Job description

Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview :

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in both accounting and financial analysis functions, supporting the organization's financial health and strategic initiatives. The role reports to the CFO and will collaborate closely with a team that includes an Assistant Controller, with further reporting lines to the CEO. This position presents the opportunity for growth in financial planning and analysis while maintaining a strong foundation in general ledger accounting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee general ledger accounting processes, including managing banking relationships and reconciliations.
  • Handle the full cycle of month-end close processes.
  • Manage monthly inventory assessments for prescriptions and issue checks as needed.
  • Perform financial analysis on employee performance metrics, including physicians and nurse practitioners.
  • Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and FP&A activities to aid in the company's financial decision-making processes.

    • Ideal Candidate Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
  • A go-getter attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within a healthcare organization.
