Job descriptionMinimum of 5 years’ experience in Printing / Packaging Industry Forklift operator experience Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items received. Basic understanding of loading dock and warehouse procedures. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and / or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports. Ship station experience is a plus. Must be able to traverse distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking shipping clerk who can operate a forklift and oversee the shipping department. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or shipping environment and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. The primary responsibilities of this role include packaging and shipping packages (FedEx, UPS, LTL, Courier). This position is 9am-5 : 30pm with occasional weekend and overtime work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to load and unload goods from trucks
- Move items within the warehouse using a forklift
- Wrap pallets using shrink wraps and straps to prepare them for shipping
- Processing FedEx and UPS shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Keep track of inventory and ensure that all items are stored properly
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
