Join us as a Lead Finance Analyst for our Sales Finance Team!

In this highly visible role as the Lead Financial Analyst of Sales Finance at BMC, you will serve as trusted finance advisor to the Sr. Director of Sales Finance and work collaboratively with the Sales, Revenue Operations, and Human Resources teams, as well as many other teams throughout BMC. The Sales Finance team has responsibility for budget, expense, forecasting, reporting, cost analysis, investment business cases and more.

• Business partnering with Sales and other teams throughout BMC
• Participate in annual and long-range planning, develop quarterly forecasts, and zero-base budgeting
• Advance your leadership skills through encouragement and knowledge sharing, as well as leading projects and presentations
• Use data analysis skills to compile and analyze financial information and trends for the assigned organization and communicate results and recommendations to management and the business.
• Work with the team to develop and maintain processes and reports to track key business metrics.
• Contribute to the enhancement of policies, procedures, and business practices that improve efficiency within the finance function and the business.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial statement plans and forecasts using detailed financial metric modeling and analytics

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at / near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $98,625 - $164,375
