Planet Interactive is seeking an Marketing Finance Analyst with 4+ years of project management and budgeting experience to join our well known fortune 500 financial services client. You will be a partner and a resource to the Global Marketing team, helping to maintain budgets, organize planning, and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Marketing Finance Analyst :
Partner with our Global Marketing and Finance & Strategy teams to manage budget, inform investment strategy, and find new and improved ways for tracking, prioritizing, and measuring budget
Reconcile spend data and reporting to ensure data integrity across the organization
Manage billing transactions, vendor communications, and month end close in lock step with Accounting
Support the marketing planning process, inclusive of monthly and quarterly budget transfers, variance analysis, and risk mitigation planning
Manage all aspects of budget forecasting and planning infrastructure via third-party software tool
Ensure communication of priorities, projects / programs, and results to leadership and the larger team
Work with the Global Marketing team to define processes as we continue to scale globally
Onboard key vendors and partners and facilitate relationship with Procurement on behalf of Marketing team
Identify and define new opportunities, key initiatives, and operational gaps and take those on as strategic projects
Marketing Finance Analyst :
4+ years experience in an operational type role, ideally in Operations, Finance, and / or Marketing Programs
Expertise with Google Sheets
Experience with Oracle Cloud and / or Hyperion a plus
Experience with Pigment is a plus
Experience partnering with Accounting and Finance teams and managing budgets
Desire to connect with dozens of cross-functional stakeholders spanning every level of the Marketing organization
Positive and proactive attitude when taking on new projects
