Position Summary :
The Finance Associate position will play an important role in driving the financial success of the Company. Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the management and operational teams throughout the Company, the Finance Associate will be directly involved in the Company's financial operations, planning and efforts to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Management :
- Work closely with Company Managers to facilitate procurement of necessary materials.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices, general ledger updates and reporting of accounts payable, as part of monthly financial reporting packages.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to facilitate proper and timely customer billing.
- Update general ledger and financial reports to reflect customer sales.
