Job Details :

We are seeking a highly-skilled, motivated, and diligent Finance Attorney to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities and Qualifications :

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of finance-related matters, including but not limited to UCC Article 9 and middle market financing transactions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, laws, and regulations.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Attorney or in a similar role.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of UCC Article 9 and experience with middle market financing transactions.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong ethical and professional standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
