The Family Conservancy (TFC) is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join our dynamic team. As a trusted leader in the community, TFC has been strengthening families, supporting early education, and promoting economic stability for 145 years. The Opportunity

As the Vice President of Finance , you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing the financial health of the organization. You will manage financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial initiatives to ensure TFC's long-term success. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of nonprofit financial management, grant funding, and regulatory compliance.

Team Structure & Direct Reports

As Vice President of Finance, you will oversee the Accounting Team . You will lead a team of approximately 6-7 finance professionals, providing guidance, oversight, and professional development. Your leadership will ensure that the finance team operates efficiently and effectively to meet the organization's financial goals.
