As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven financial decisions and optimizing our financial performance. The Finance Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Financial Analysis and Reporting : Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide insights into key financial indicators, trends, and performance drivers.Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes.Produce timely and accurate financial reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Strategic Planning and Forecasting : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic financial plans and long-term forecasts.Assess financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
- Budget Management : Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial goals and targets.Monitor budget performance regularly and analyze variances, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Data Analysis and Insights : Leverage data analytics tools to mine financial and operational data, uncovering patterns and trends for strategic decision-making.Identify opportunities to enhance data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility within the finance function.
- Financial Modeling and Scenario Planning : Build sophisticated financial models to simulate various business scenarios, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital investments.Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the financial viability and potential outcomes of strategic initiatives.
- Performance Measurement : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the financial performance of different business segments.Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate financial insights to management effectively.
