Team Overview: Senior analyst on the team
Resource's typical working day: Managing on a bi weekly basis AP packages for the client
Approval for invoices, coding on those invoices in the system
Lease administration CAM reconciliations- annually occurs in Jan for the previous year- goes from Jan to June
After that a little more project based
Must Have Skills: Strong finance and accounting, reconciliation skills

Years of Experience: Pretty junior role Preference would be year or 2 of experience

Summary: As a Finance Analyst, you will apply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.
