This Opportunity
WSP is currently initiating a search for a Finance Manager to support the Transportation and Infrastructure business line in our Mountain Pacific region. This position can be based out of WSP office locations in the Pacific Northwest or Mountain regions. Other locations will be considered.
The Finance Manager works closely with the leadership team responsible for business partnership on financial decisions. This key role will report directly to the Finance Director.
Your Impact
- Develops and directs the organization's financial analysis function in the Mountain Pacific region.
- Management and oversight over Project Accounting Team.
- Assesses existing and proposed financial plans and projects as related to the organization's long-range goals and objectives.
- Manages and participates in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close.
- Oversees the analysis of all financial data and propose changes to ensure financial targets are met.
- Responsible for managing annual budgeting and forecasting processes with senior management.
- Effectively reporting data and metrics to all stakeholders.
- Mentors and trains junior-level staff.
- Participate in project audits as needed.
- Participates in assessment of M&A activities, due diligence, and integration processes if needed.
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Compensation :
Expected Salary (all locations) : $125,500 - $231,990
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and / or federal law.
Expected Salary (Colorado only) : $125,500 - $217,800
