The Finance Manager will provide FP&A support for Network Engineering, delivering accurate forecasts, insightful analysis, and performance reporting that enable strong execution and informed investment decisions. This role is hands-on and analytical, partnering closely with Network Engineering stakeholders to understand cost drivers, track performance, and support financial discipline across network investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain capital and operating forecasts and budgets for Network Engineering
- Analyze financial and operational results to identify variances, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions
- Support creation and maintenance of dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting
- Partner with Network Engineering stakeholders to understand execution drivers and support course correction
- Prepare analysis and materials for leadership reviews and investment decision meetings
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with financial controls and governance standards
- Collaborate with peers across Finance to drive standardization and best practices

Base Pay Range : $86,300 - $155,700
Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and / or team performance.
