What you would do :

• Open, maintain and close clients and matters including, but not limited to, billable, non-billable, pro bono and community service, personal accounts, consulting, IP streamline, etc.
• Ensure appropriate approvals granted for all maintenance requests.
• Manage and maintain finance matter setup forms and client and matter maintenance requests in Intapp Open system and perform required functions.
• Setup and maintain timekeepers, including billing rates.
• Provide necessary research and reporting for : clients and matters, client manager, matter managers, origination, etc. including departed attorneys, NAICS codes, bi-annual inactive matters, etc.
• Facilitate client and matter exception rates as well as assist in the annual exception rate process by entering client and matter exception rates as requested by the client manager.
• Ad hoc projects and requests, as assigned.

What we offer :

The anticipated initial hourly rate for someone who is hired into this position is $25.50– $28.00 / hour based on a 37.5 hour a week schedule.

Actual initial hourly rate may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location where the position is filled, in all cases consistent with applicable law. This is a non-exempt role paid on an hourly basis. The initial hourly rate listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for professional staff, which includes, but is not limited to, a discretionary bonus; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
