Job descriptionFinancial Management - Ability to work with complex billing, provisioning systems and switching records Communication Skills - Successful candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Position will require frequent preparation and delivery of detailed plans and proposals. Strong communication / interpersonal skills with emphasis on decision-making, conflict management, and team building and teamwork. Must have ability to develop work plans, work effectively as a member of a team, report on status of projects, and represent the team in meetings and / or with the client, and be able to coordinate issues identification and resolution between clients and the development team. Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning in gather raw data and processing that data into a meaningful form. Accountability - Ability to plan, organize, measure and coordinate multiple tasks to deliver the budget. Technical Aptitude - Ability to quickly learn and use complex systems and applications. Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.

POSITION SUMMARY
Translate data into information critical for strategy development and execution and problem resolution by; gathering information from multiple internal and external sources; developing spreadsheets and other supporting data; completing analyses, writing reports, and preparing presentations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Work on projects with moderate scope, complexity, and impact to the organization. Deliver analyses that promote understanding of moderately complex issues, and are important to strategy development and execution, and problem resolution. Apply technical aptitude and experience to complete assigned projects successfully.
- Collects data on actual financial performance, compares to forecasted performance, analyzes variances and prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports.
- Constructs and maintains financial models in support of the development of forecasts and reporting processes.
- Performs financial analysis associated with special projects.
- Serves as a resource for internal customers by researching and answering their questions.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Competency Statement(s)
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education : Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent education, experience and training may be substituted for the degree requirement on a year for year basis.
Experience : Two (2) years of financial analysis or closely related experience.
Computer Skills : Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
