Performance-based earnings (AUM growth, fee revenue, annuity production) with six-figure potential within the first year. No cap on earnings; top performers earn significantly more. Full-time, in-office position in Roanoke, VA. Firm-provided pre-qualified leads; no cold prospecting required. Operational support for case design, onboarding, and client service. Position Overview
This role is designed for a highly skilled, sales-driven Financial Advisor who thrives in a client-facing capacity. Advisors will focus on meeting with pre-qualified prospects, developing tailored financial plans, and closing business.
There is no prospecting required—advisors spend their time advising clients and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled meetings with pre-qualified prospects.
- Develop and present customized financial plans focused on retirement security and asset management.
- Recommend and implement solutions using managed money, fixed-indexed annuities, and other financial vehicles.
- Educate clients on investment strategies, income planning, and tax-efficient withdrawals.
- Convert high-quality leads into long-term clients through effective sales conversations.
- Collaborate with internal planning and operations teams to execute client strategies.
- Maintain compliance with fiduciary standards and industry regulations.
