Job Purpose

This role supports the Finance Team in all aspects of financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis within TriMed. The position is responsible for analyzing and reviewing financial data to provide accurate, timely insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making. Key responsibilities include assisting the Controller with monthly close processes, R&O submissions, and variance analysis for management reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Contribute to the annual budgeting process, including building submission templates, assisting local teams with financial projections, and analyzing year-over-year variances.
• Update and maintain monthly financial reports, providing variance analyses and commentary to understand actual and projected results across individual businesses and the division.
• Identify and communicate potential financial risks and opportunities across the portfolio.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and presentations for management.
• Support special projects as assigned.
• Onboard new finance employees and facilitate the implementation of financial reporting processes and requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with finance team members within the TriMed portfolio and the Henry Schein corporate organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.

1–3 years of relevant professional experience with increasing responsibility.

Basic knowledge of financial budgeting, reporting, GAAP, and related policies and procedures.
